RISK OF LOSS:

All items purchased from Blue Crane Suppliers are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the courier. It is your responsibility to request insurance on your parcel. You will be quoted in addition to your total checkout amount.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND TITLE:

If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website you may return it for a refund, replacement or exchange provided that the conditions of our Refund & Exchange policy have been satisfied.

We will exchange or refund a product provided that:

  • There is valid proof of purchase, i.e. web invoice;
  • It is within 7 days of the original delivery date;
  • It is in its original condition, product must be unused.

 

Stock is only reserved once full payment has been made. Failure to make payment on PENDING orders after 5 days will result in your order being cancelled on our system.
